Floating profile for gypsum board ceilings with backlighting white RAL 9003 (GL)

Shadow profile GL is designed to create a neat connection of a gypsum board ceiling to the wall, forming a shadow niche 24 mm wide and integrating LED backlight.

The profile forms a smooth architectural line around the room perimeter and visually separates the ceiling from the walls, creating a “floating ceiling” effect. The built-in backlighting highlights interior geometry and creates soft decorative lighting.

This solution is suitable for residential and commercial spaces and allows you to abandon the traditional ceiling skirting board.

A 24 mm shadow gap provides easy access to the wall surface – in the future, it’s possible to repaint walls or replace wallpaper without dismantling the ceiling structure.

The included diffuser performs two functions:

1. Diffuses the light beam, helping to achieve a softer and more even backlighting around the perimeter.
2. Helps align and join adjacent sections of the profile into one plane during installation.

The diffuser is installed by pressing with fingers.
