INVISIA X207 – patented aluminium ceiling profile designed to create a hidden ventilation system in stretch‑ceiling installations with hook‑attachment systems.
The profile forms a clean shadow gap along the room perimeter that simultaneously functions as either supply or exhaust ventilation. Air exchange occurs through an invisible slot between the ceiling and wall, preserving a pure architectural aesthetic without visible grilles or diffusers.
Such a solution is ideal for modern interiors in minimalism, hi‑tech, and premium design styles where every detail matters.
The profile enables uniform ventilation around the room perimeter, providing a comfortable microclimate while maintaining visual integrity of the ceiling space.
Benefits:
- hidden supply or exhaust ventilation
- shadow gap along the ceiling edge
- no visible ventilation grilles
- clean architectural appearance
- compatibility with hook‑attachment systems for stretch ceilings
- even air distribution around the room perimeter
- professional solution for designer interiors
Installation
The profile is fixed to the wall along the room perimeter.
At the connection points to the ventilation system, a pre‑cut opening is made in the profile through which airflow passes. At these points a conical transition fitting is attached to the profile, providing a shift into a rectangular plastic duct that then connects to the main ventilation trunk.
After completing the profile installation, the stretch‑ceiling hook is inserted, creating a neat shadow gap around the room perimeter.
Through this gap air circulates evenly, allowing the system to operate as either supply or exhaust ventilation while preserving the pure architectural ceiling look without visible grilles or diffusers.
