3D Recessed Light Mounting Panel for Stretch Ceilings (3D1)

Description:

The 3D recessed light mounting panel allows for the effect of a recessed light fixture in stretch ceilings. The platform enables the light to be installed flush with the ceiling fabric or even recessed deeper into the ceiling, providing an aesthetically pleasing and refined look.

This model is designed for light fixtures with an external diameter of 120 mm. NEXTEC 16W 3000K and NEXTEC 16W 4000K lights are ideal for this solution.

Installation Instructions:

The mounting panel is installed before the stretch ceiling fabric is put in place. It can be attached to a perforated mounting tape to level the platform according to any fabric sag, or it can be mounted rigidly on metal brackets if there is no sag in the fabric, allowing the platform to be installed flush with the ceiling. After the fabric is stretched, a hole is cut in the center, 15–20 mm smaller in diameter than the outer edge of the platform. The fabric is then fixed between the silicone stopper and the platform casing with a spatula. Finally, the light is installed into the mounting hole in the usual manner.

This type of mounting panel can be made for almost any ceiling light fixture, including square, rectangular, oval, or round shapes.
